What is SuperMama?
SuperMama is a nourishing blend of nuts and seeds, inspired by generations of postnatal nourishment and made with 100% natural ingredients. It's real food made for the fourth trimester, not a supplement.
How do I eat it?
Add 2 to 3 tablespoons to warm milk, porridge, smoothies, yoghurt or salads, or enjoy it straight from the spoon. There are no rules.
Which flavour should I choose?
Original is our signature warm, nutty recipe. Pistachio is rich and creamy, and Fruity is lighter and naturally sweet. Can't decide? The Discovery Mix has all three.
Does it contain allergens?
Yes. Our mixes contain nuts, dairy and wheat. Please check the full ingredients list on each product page before ordering.
How should I store it?
Store it in a cool, dry place. Once opened, reseal the pouch and enjoy within 6 weeks.
Can I eat it while breastfeeding?
SuperMama is made from everyday food ingredients and created with breastfeeding mums in mind. If you have any specific health questions, we always recommend speaking to your midwife or GP.
